We offer Korean SK Chemical Thermoplastic polyester elastomer ( TPEE ) for the manufacturing of parts and components, it exhibits rubber’s flexibility, the strength of plastics and the ease of conversion of thermoplastics. SKYPEL has performance similar to Hytrel of DuPont. SKYPEL has good value proposition and for those applications which require high fatigue resistant, resilience, and flexibility at low temperatures and good retention of properties at elevated temperatures, it is an optimal material to use.

產品應用 Applications
TPEE主要用於要求減震、耐沖擊、耐曲撓、密封性和彈性、耐油、耐化學品並要求足夠強度的領域。如：聚合物改性、汽車部件、耐高低溫電線護套、液壓軟管、鞋材、傳動皮帶、旋轉。成型輪胎、撓性連軸節、消音齒輪、電梯滑道、化工設備管道閥件中的防腐耐磨耐高低溫材料等
TPEE is mainly used in areas to provide shock resistance, impact resistance, flex-resistance, seal-ability, elasticity, resistance to oils and chemicals and good toughness. Applications are : plastic compounding , automobile parts , hight and low temperature resistant cable sheath, oil-pressured flexible hose , shoe parts , conveyor belt, rotary wheel, ?tire , flexible shaft assembly , silencer gears , escalator belt, and components in pumps used in chemical plants which are chemicals resistant, abrasion resistant and able to withstand wide range of temperatures.
