K2012是被使用最廣泛的級別，大量使用在吹瓶（例如化妝品容器），注塑（例如文具類、牙刷類、工具類、容器、手機配件、鞋材），
板材片材（例如包裝材料、建築材料）。因為K2012有極佳的加工條件，適合於多種加工方式，優異的耐化學性，極佳的韌性，僅次於PMMA的透明度，以及合理的價位，甚至已經取代許多PC（如不需耐高溫）
K2012 is most widely used
grade of the series. The largest usage is in blow bottles ( e.g. cosmetic containers ),
injection ( e.g. stationaries, toothbrushes, tools, containers, mobile phone accessories, shoe
components )
Sheets and films ( e.g.
packaging, construction materials ). K2012 is easy to process which is suitable for a wide
variety of conversion methods. It has excellent chemical resistance, very good toughness,
second to PMMA in clarity, reasonable price point and in many applications has already replaced
PC if high temperature resistant is not required.
